We will forever be students. Food science is of utmost importance to us. We know that by understanding the composition of food and its reactions to heat and other preparations, we will be able to offer our clients the best experience possible. The world of food is so vast; it couldn't be learned in a dozen lifetimes. Einstein said about math, "Do not worry about your problems with mathematics, I assure you mine are far greater." We feel that way about food. The more we learn, the more we realize how much there is to learn. Our clients benefit from this in the sense that we are continually searching for the next new taste. We strive to travel, educate ourselves, and try new things. Food is an expression, an edible art form.
